There is so much information floating around the Internet around Ketosis.  Some of it is very good, and some is a bit misleading.

My main objective of this e-book is to help you understand the importance of putting your body in the state of nutritional ketosis.  This is achieved by eating the proper balance of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.  Science has proven our bodies are said to enter ketosis at the point when blood sugar (Glucose levels) and liver glycogen are no longer present, and our system resorts to using ketones for fuel. At this point, not only are you burning off excess body-fat, it’s also powering up your brain!
